This Accufab 75mm high flow Lightning throttle body kit is designed to take the place of the existing factory throttle body with little modifications necessary!

High Efficiency and More Power
Accufab throttle bodies are specifically designed to take full advantage of today's high-performance EFI technology, thereby increasing 5.8L engine efficiency and horsepower output.

Installation Note
EGR will require longer coolant hose for installation and the 90degree tube on the throttle body will need to be rotated or a longer hose attached for best fitment.
