McLeod Street Extreme 10 Spline Clutch Kit
No trip to the track is complete without this Street Extreme clutch kit from McLeod. The Street Extreme clutch features a high-performance clutch that is equipped with a 10.5" ceramic segmented puck style disc and a high clamp load pressure plate. High clamp load pressure creates amazing holding power and improves clutch engagement by putting more pressure per square inch on the flywheel. Increased holding power means better launches and cleaner shifts on the street or at the track!
Street Extreme Series
McLeod designed the Street Extreme clutch for high horsepower street and track Mustangs equipped with moderate bolt-ons and street tires. This McLeod Street Extreme clutch is offered with a 10 spline, 10.5", ceramic segmented puck style clutch disc, a high clamp load pressure plate for high horsepower and torque capacity, a throwout bearing, a pilot bushing, and an alignment tool. If you are needing a quality upgrade from your stock Mustang clutch, ditch the factory clutch and install some proven performance from McLeod.
Break-In Period
- The break-in period should be 500 miles of city type driving, double the break-in period for highway driving. No aggressive driving. No hole shots or drag launches. Gear changes should be made at 4,000 RPM or less. No speed shifting.

- This McLeod clutch kit comes supplied with a pilot bushing, however, if you need a pilot bearing you can purchase one separately. For 1979-1993 Mustang use part number LRS-7600A. For 1996-2022 Mustangs please use LRS-7600B.
