Mustang McLeod Street Extreme Clutch Kit

Ensure your high horsepower 1986-2001 Mustang puts the power down to the ground with this McLeod Street Extreme clutch kit! McLeod designed this kit to be ideal for both street and track use. This kit features a high clamp load pressure plate with a dual face ceramic disc that supports up to 650 horsepower! With a 26 spline disc, this kit is a direct fit with Tremec TKO transmissions. McLeod includes a new throwout bearing and alignment tool for a quick and easy installation!

Installation Note

  • Flywheel replacement or resurfacing is recommended before installation.

Application

  • Fits 1986-1995 Ford Mustang 5.0L w/ TKO/TKX Transmission
  • Fits 1996-April 2001 Ford Mustang GT 4.6L w/ TKO/TKX Transmission
  • Fits 1996-1998 Ford Mustang Cobra 4.6L w/ TKO/TKX Transmission


Installation Notice

  • Depending on the age, mileage, and application it may be required for the clutch fork and pivot stud to be replaced due to the amount of wear these items see.

  • Engines: 4.6, 5.0
  • This clutch is designed to be used with a 26 spline input shaft transmission such as the Tremec TKO and T56.
  • This clutch fits Mustangs up to April of 2001 using a 10.5" flywheel.
  • Will NOT fit V6 Mustangs. V6 models used an 11" clutch.
