These barriers feature an ultra lightweight foam center, a heat eliminating aluminum outer barrier, and an easy to use adhesive backing, adding up to a .250" or 6MM thickness. For quick and easy installation, Flatline Barriers also pre-cuts this insulation kit to be vehicle specific with the perfect dimensions and contours for your Fox Body roof. Installation Recommendations
Flatline Barriers recommends taking the following steps in order to ensure a proper and long lasting install.

Use acetone to clean any and all panels that you will be installing Flatline Barrier Insulation on.
Use any shop rag/towel to wipe the area clean before installation, ensuring that there is no dirt or grime.
Use a razor blade and/or scissors to cut out bolt holes or access panels.
A roller is NOT required for installation.
