Fitment Notice

All stock 4.6L 3V flywheels used between 05-10 use a .250" straight dowel. You will need to drill your stock flywheel dowel holes to accept the 5/16" dowels included with this clutch - or - Replace your flywheel with one of our aftermarket billet options to utilize this clutch.
Will work with most aftermarket flywheels as well as stock 2012-2017 5.0 9-bolt pressure plate flywheels. Only 6 Pressure Plate Bolts will be used
Will NOT work with 2011-early 2012 5.0 stock flywheel with 6-bolt pressure plate due to the dowel pins. Replace your flywheel with one of our aftermarket billet options to utilize this clutch in those applications
Some chatter may occur on clutch engagement with performance clutches
Billet flywheel is strongly recommended with these clutch sets due to the aggressive clutch facing

2005-2017 Mustang 4.6 Ram Powergrip HD Clutch Kit - 26 Spline
RAM Powergrip HD 11" 26-spline clutch sets ultimate for extreme street/strip performance in your 2005-2017 Mustang 4.6 or 5.0. The RAM Powergrip HD pressure plate features an increased clamp load of 2500lb (compared to the stock pressure plate at 2000lb clamp load) while maintaining a great pedal feel. The RAM Powergrip HD clutch disc is faced with the 900 series friction material on both sides and features an 8-spring center hub for excellent shock absorption. The 900 series material consists of steel-backed metallic facing material that greatly increases rotational strength. Using our proprietary 900 series friction material in conjunction with increased clamp load pressure plates, you get maximum holding power for track or street, with only minimal reduction in driveability. The RAM Powergrip HD clutch sets for 4.6 or 5.0 Mustangs are great for big bolt-on mods and higher power enhancements. This clutch is designed for S197 and S550 Mustangs running power adders, sticky tires and a 26 Spline transmission!
