I ordered the product when it was on backorder but latemodelresto was able to get it to me in only about a week!! On the product, it was really easy to update, all you need to do is install a update software from the sct website then plug in the programmer. I recommend installing the software first before plugging in the tuner because mine it wouldn't recognize it at first, after I switched USB ports it reinstalled the tuner and finally worked. Lastly for install issues, it wasn't powering up when I plugged it in to my lightning at first, I found out that fuse three under the dash was blown for the obd II and cigarette lighter; after replacing the fuse it powered right up. The system is simple to use the only problem is it's a little touchy, other than that I'd highly recommend it!!!
