Get rid of the annoyance with this Steeda S550 trunk pop kit, which lets you open your trunk with the push of a button. A great practical modification for any S550, especially for those daily drivers. Steeda took the time to get these just right, with enough spring to open it, but enough damping to slow it so it doesn't slam open. Featuring durable metal construction, a gas-charged cylinder, and finished in a black coating, these trunk lift supports snap right into the factory location. The trunk pop kit can be installed with just a single flat-head screwdriver in just a few minutes, allowing you to store items with ease.

Product Note

Closing the decklid will require slightly more force. Varying temperatures and different wing and spoiler packages may alter the desired results. In some cases, cooler climates can alter the fluid's viscosity, slowing the strut's operation.
