Improve belt tension and decrease belt slip on your 2007-2014 Mustang GT500 with this Steeda billet aluminum adjustable tensioner! Unlike a stationary idler with a zero adjustment design, this Steeda tensioner is completely adjustable allowing for proper tension regardless of the supercharger pulley size. Constructed from billet aluminum this tensioner is not only lightweight but is very strong to handle all of the abuse from boost. The included black anodized pulley features a high-grade sealed ball bearing to handle the harsh load during wide-open throttle and ensure a long service life on your Shelby. Designed to fit most blower designs such as the stock blower, Ford Racing TVS, Vortech, Lyschholm, and Whipple 2.9 and 3.4L units. Included with this tensioner is all of the necessary installation hardware to properly mount the bracket to the engine. Installation is a simple bolt-on procedure with no modifications of any kind.
