Stifflers Quality

A direct fit for upgrading your Fox to a T45, T56, or TR3650 transmission. This unique single tube design adds stiffness and strength far beyond that of the OEM versions while offering versatility like no other. Simply slide the mounting sleeves and re-position the spacers to cover your application. The cross member is engineered to work with OEM and aftermarket transmission mounts; all while maintaining your current pinion angle. Low deflection polyurethane bushings are used in the mounts to dampen driveline vibrations and noise. For racing applications, polyurethane bushings can be replaced by solid bushings. If additional vertical adjustment is required, offset bushings can be used to raise or lower the entire mount.

  • Ford Mustang - 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993
  • This crossmember is not applicable with BBK headers
  • Requires partial removal of boss on tail-stock for proper fitment on T56 Magnum.
  • This crossmember has been redesigned and will now fit the D&D Viper spec T56 transmission.
  • If using an TH-400, it requires additional spacing due to a shorter mounting pad height. Use Stifflers mount adapter Stiffler's mount adapter.
  • This crossmember requires the use of SVE's heavy duty transmission mount UNLESS you are using a T56 Magnum XL. The Magnum XL requires the use of an offset mount: Ford part # (F6ZZ-6068-A) with no extra spacer.
