Strange Engineering Adjustable Strut & Shock Kit
Fine-tune your 2011-2014 Mustang 5.0 suspension using this Strange adjustable front strut and rear shock kit! These adjustable struts and shocks feature a wide dampening range that allows you to adjust for a softer or firmer ride with the twist of a knob. This knob is conveniently located at the bottom of the strut and shock for easy access and quick adjustments. With 10 extension settings, these struts and shocks can be used on street, strip, pro touring, and drag race applications. These 2011-2014 Mustang adjustable struts and shocks are constructed from steel for strength and durability. The twin-tube design will provide maximum performance and maintain ride quality. Strange Engineering has over 49 years of experience in manufacturing, design, and innovation in the racing community.

Drag Shock/Strut Valving Note
Drag racing shocks prioritize traction for fast, straight-line acceleration, while regular shocks focus on a comfortable ride and handling. The main difference is in the shock valving; drag shocks/struts will extend more quickly but will not compress as fast to help maintain traction. This, in turn, causes drag shocks/struts to be very bouncy and unpredictable on the street due to the lack of compression to help settle the suspension after a bump or sudden direction change.

Fitment Notice

Fits 2011-2014 Mustang 5.0
Will NOT fit GT500 or GT500 strut mounts.
If using with coil-overs, You must consult with coil-over manufacturer instructions to verify fitment with Strange Adjustable struts and shocks.
If using these struts and shocks on coil overs or lowering springs, you'll need an aftermarket set of caster/camber plates to ensure proper alignment. Check out our selection Here: 10-14 Caster Camber Plates
These Shocks and Struts are designed mostly for Drag Strip applications. Extreme NVH will be noticeable during street operations.
Due to the Strange strut internal design and required spherical bushing camber plates, NVH (noises, vibrations, and harshness) will be transmitted into the cabin.
Adjustment Note - Rotating the knob clockwise(right) will firm up the shock, and rotating counter-clockwise(left) will soften the shock.
