2005-2014 Mustang SVE GT500 Rear Brake Rotor Adapter Bracket Kit
Improve the braking performance of your S197 Mustang by removing the factory rear brake rotors and upgrading to the factory GT500 rotors with the help of this SVE GT500 rear brake adapter bracket kit! Traditionally, when upgrading to the 2013-2014 GT500 rear rotors, the rear axles were required to be removed in order to replace the caliper mounting flange. This step added a considerable amount of time and money for a factory-style upgrade. To eliminate the additional labor & reduce the cost of a sought-after upgrade, SVE has researched and developed an economical solution for all S197 Mustang enthusiasts with this GT500 rear brake adapter bracket kit. These brackets bolt directly to the factory axle mounting flange and properly spaces the caliper for the use of the larger rotors while retaining the use of the factory brake hoses, caliper, and pads!

Manufactured from premium G3000/G11H18 iron castings, these rotors deliver exceptional strength, stability, and long-lasting durability. The friction surface features a non-directional finish that promotes proper pad seating for quicker break-in, quieter operation, and smoother stopping performance. Each rotor is precision-balanced and corrected using an advanced electronic mill-balance process to minimize vibration and ensure consistent operation at all speeds. The original vane configuaration is used to ensure proper heat dissipation. A durable Geospec coating provides an attractive silver-gray finish while offering superior corrosion resistance compared to conventional coatings. This protective finish allows for hassle-free installation right out of the box with no pre-cleaning or degreasing required. Before leaving the factory, every rotor undergoes extensive testing and inspection to ensure it meets OE specifications for fit, function, and performance.

Installation Note

Applying thread locking compound to the provided hardware is required for proper installation.
The factory brake calipers, hoses, and pads can be retained with this adapter kit.

Depending on the manufacturing process variances, the brake rotor's final finish may vary from the images shown above.

These rotors do not come coated from the factory and will need to be painted to prevent rust.

Fits 2005-2014 Mustang V6, GT. Bullitt, Shelby GT, Boss 302
Fits 2007-2012 Mustang Shelby GT500
When running the 13.8" GT500 rear rotors, you will need to run 18" or larger rear wheels. Depending on the wheels being used, some 17" wheels may clear if fitment is notated for 13/14 GT500, but LMR.com recommends test fitting depending on your application.
