1979-2004 Mustang Coyote Swap K-Member
Easily install a Coyote or modular engine in your Fox Body, SN95, or New Edge Mustang with UPR’s lightweight tubular K-member, 37lbs lighter than stock! Ideal for drag, road race, or street use, it improves suspension geometry and provides extra clearance for headers and oil pans. Made from 4130 Chromoly with 1/4" motor mount pads, it's TIG-welded, powder-coated silver, and built tough for racing and street duty. Includes rack bolts and bushings.

Required Parts:

UPR heavy-duty hardware kit
Fits UPR tubular control arms, but will require the use of coil-overs, and fits stock control arms if UPR Upper Spring Perches are purchased.
Requires the use of correct caster camber plates for the model year of your Mustang.
1979-1984 Mustang owners must use 85-04 rack bushings.

1979-1993 Ford Mustangs with 4.6 and 5.4 modular-based engines
Factory and aftermarket engine mounts may have alignment pins that can cause fitment issues. Removal of the alignment pin might be necessary for correct mating of the engine mount to the K-member.
