Whipple's new 5th generation 3.0 liter supercharger features an all-new rotor profile, inverted front feed rotor housing, and dual-core dual-pass intercooler system that can unleash up to 700hp on your Coyote engine! Whipple's unique twin screw supercharger, massive air-to-water intercooler, oversized front feed air system, and innovative PCM programming keeps the power-train safe and secure at these power levels. No internal modifications or grinding of the engine block are required for installation. Plug-and-play wiring harness and SCT X4 flash tool help speed up installation and programming. PCM calibration reconfigures all the necessary engine functions, including fuel, spark, knock detection, torque management, transmission control, and electronic throttle control. Whipple's supercharger kit comes complete with all the necessary parts and hardware for installation.
Gen 5 Supercharger - Stage 1
The Stage 1 system makes that much power on only 8.5psi of boost on 93-octane fuel, giving you more power per lb of boost than any other system. The Gen 5 3.0L supercharger makes incredible power across the entire RPM range while maintaining industry-leading driveability. Utilizing a superior front feed inlet style for a very simple, less restrictive, and more room for the air-to-water intercooler. Exclusive 3x4 rotor combo for a significant increase in airflow under the curve than less efficient rotor combos. Self-contained oversized oil system for dramatically reduced oil temps in even the most demanding conditions. A proven 6-rib belt system with a heavy-duty spring-loaded tensioner and adjustable idler system.
Heat Exchanger & Intercooler
Patented dual-core, dual-pass air-to-water aluminum bar-plate intercooler offers more cooling efficiency. A large heat exchanger has nearly 150% more volume than the competition, and the nearly 2-gallon reservoir holds more fluid for less heat soak. High flow intercooler pump, nearly double the flow rate of the standard units. All of this combines together, allowing longer, more consistent power without heat soaking the supercharger.
Fuel System
High-flowing Bosch 58 lb/hr EV6 fuel injectors from the 2013-14 GT500 offer an excellent idle, cold start, and drive-ability, yet enough capacity for massive power gains. Each system comes with Billet fuel rails that feature 6AN fittings along with a 1/8" NPT port for fuel psi checking or gauges. The fuel rails are finished in a stealthy black hard anodized finish for superior durability and great looks. Another benefit of this system is that no other fuel system modifications are required.
