Whipple Gen 6 3.8L Supercharger Upgrade Kit

Add one of the most advanced supercharger systems on the market to your 2023-2026 Raptor R with this Gen 6 Whipple supercharger upgrade kit! Whipple's new 5th generation 3.8 liter supercharger features an all-new rotor profile, inverted front feed rotor housing, and dual-core dual-pass intercooler system that can unleash up to 975hp and over 600ft/lb on your 5.2 Predator engine! Whipple's unique twin screw supercharger, massive air-to-water intercooler, oversized front feed air system, and innovative HP Tuner RDT handheld PCM flash programming keeps the power-train safe and secure at these power levels. No internal modifications or grinding of the engine block are required for installation. PCM calibration reconfigures all the necessary engine functions, including fuel, spark, knock detection, torque management, transmission control, and electronic throttle control. Whipple's supercharger upgrade kit comes complete with all the necessary parts and hardware for installation.

Supercharger Upgrade Kit

The supercharger upgrade kit makes that much power on 15psi of boost on 93-octane fuel, giving you more power per lb of boost than any other system. The Gen 6 3.8L supercharger makes incredible power across the entire RPM range while maintaining industry-leading driveability. A unique billet Roval 132mm throttle body and 145mm cold air intake system ingests even more air, giving more power than the standard throttle body. Utilizing a superior front feed inlet style for a very simple, less restrictive, and more room for the air-to-water intercooler. Exclusive 3x4 rotor combo for a significant increase in airflow under the curve than less efficient rotor combos. Self-contained oversized oil system for dramatically reduced oil temps in even the most demanding conditions. A proven 8-rib belt system with a heavy-duty spring-loaded tensioner and adjustable idler system.

Heat Exchanger & Intercooler

Patented dual-core, dual-pass air-to-water aluminum bar-plate intercooler offers more cooling efficiency. A large heat exchanger has nearly 150% more volume than the competition, and the nearly 2-gallon reservoir holds more fluid for less heat soak. High flow intercooler pump, nearly double the flow rate of the standard units. All of this combines together, allowing longer, more consistent power without heat soaking the supercharger.

HP Tuner RTD Flash Tool

Leveraging decades of OEM and competitive racing insights, Whipple has devised a bespoke PCM calibration using and HP Tuner RTD handheld. The calibrations adjusts fuel delivery, spark timing, knock detection, torque management, transmission control, and the electronic throttle. HP Tuner RTD flash tool monitors and adjusts engine torque, to maintain peak performance and reliability. This exclusive calibration offers unparalleled control and update flexibility.
