Crate engines and power numbers go together like peanut butter and jelly. However, it's rare to see what a crate engine will make at the rear wheels due to the myriad of setups that exist in the hot rodding world. Whenever we started to offer BluePrints 302ci crate engine, we wanted to get one in a Fox Body Mustang and put it on our own chassis dyno. Well, the opportunity came a knockin' since our 1988 GT, dubbed Project Introvert, needed an engine.
