LMR At Foxtoberfest 2025

Every October, hundreds of Fox Body Mustangs invade Charlotte Motor Speedway for Foxtoberfest. This event is hosted by Foxy Events, a company owned by avid Fox enthusiasts Jenn Highley. Jenn's vision for Foxtoberfest has grown exponentially over the years, turning into a gathering of nearly 1000 Fox Body Mustangs in 2025.

We here at LMR have attended Foxtoberfest for a few years now and have watched firsthand how quickly this show has grown. Being one of the leading manufacturers of Fox Body restoration parts, this show is a great chance for us to enjoy the cars we love with the people we help day to day. While many of you order online and over the phone, we don't always get a chance to speak to our customers face-to-face. This event allows us not only to talk to our fellow Fox enthusiasts but also to race alongside them.



With the completion of our Godzilla Swap Fox Body Mustang, dubbed Green Goblin, we had the itch to get it out to more car shows and drag events, as it is always an attention grabber. For this year's Foxtoberfest, we not only took Green Goblin to the show, but we also made some passes down the 1/8th mile as well.



We caught up with our good friend Brew2l, who you most likely know from his large presence on YouTube, who was out making some passes in his 393 stroker. This begged the question of how the 393 stroker would do versus the Godzilla swap, so we had to put it to the test. Brew2l took the crown during this race, but it sure was close! When it was all said and done, it was another great Foxtoberfest in the books. As these cars get older, it is always refreshing to see the Fox Body car shows get larger. As the community grows, the love for the Fox chassis grows, leading the way to innovating new parts and supporting more Fox Body-specific events.
