With the highly-anticipated release of the 7.3L Godzilla, gearheads have been trying to swap them into various vehicles to see what they are capable of. Being Fox Body experts, it was only right that we here at Late Model Restoration drop one into a 1979-1993 Mustang.
Since this is a relatively new engine, as the time of this project, Godzilla swap parts are still being developed by the aftermarket. The purpose of this swap was to see how the Godzilla fit, what parts can be used off the shelf, and what parts will need to be developed

Today in the shop we will be performing an initial mock-up of the Ford Performance 7.3L Godzilla crate engine in our 1992 Calypso Fox Body project car.
