• Please note that the factory front sway bar brackets MUST be removed and the bottom side of the frame rail will need to be completely flat!
• It is highly recommended to install this kit towards the end of your coyote swap build so there will be as much weight on the front of the car as possible.
• To properly install this kit, you will need to utilize a factory or aftermarket sway bar designed for a 1994-2004 Mustang.
• With this style of sway bar, you will have to use the correct front sway bar bushings that accommodate the overall diameter of the sway bar of your choosing.
• The use of 1994-2004 Mustang style sway bar end links is required.
• We recommended this sway bar end link kit as it will work for most applications, but if a smaller option is needed, you may have to shorten the sleeve and source a shorter bolt.
• Depending on the ride height of your vehicle, these may have to be modified so that the ear of the sway bar is parallel to the ground when the weight of the car is on all four corners or when the suspension is loaded.
• The measurement that needs to be taken is the length from the top of the control arm where the bolt slides through the hole to the bottom of the sway bar ear, but take into consideration the height of each end link bushing.
• The rearward limit of the sway bar and the positioning of the sway bar mounts MUST be accounted for during the installation of this kit.
• The ear of the sway bar in relation to the strut body needs to be as far back as it can go to provide maximum clearance for your wheels and tires when turning lock to lock.
• Depending on the numerous variables (wheel, suspension, etc.) of every application, steering rack limiters may be required.
• When positioning the sway bar, keep in mind the ear of the sway bar in relation to the strut body. You MUST check this distance for clearance issues when the wheels are pointed straight and when turning lock to lock.
