Being released on 1994-02’ models, this 8-year run of this unique color provided a special touch to SN95s by adding a slightly darker shade of red.
This color was released on 2002-10’ models and is a very common color with SN95 and S197 Mustang owners. The reason is that it provides a classic look to more modern Mustang styles.
Being released on 2003-07’ Mustangs, Redfire was known as being a more “mature” color because of its darker shade, but still providing an aggressive look. This gives owners a nice low-profile look that many enthusiasts look for.
This color has been used in all years from 2011-22'! It provides such a pure red color that is almost brighter than torch red and really pairs with the performance of the Coyote Engine.
Lava Red is, in our opinion, one of the most intriguing hues to ever grace the Mustang chassis. Lava red has a purple tinge to it because it is so dark red. While it appears black in low light, the lava red really pops in direct sunlight. The official term for this color is lava red metallic, and it was only available on 2012 Mustang models. We hope to see it make another appearance in the coming years!
Being used on 2014-19’ year models, it is very similar to the redfire color but slightly darker. The metallic tinted clearcoat gives it that shine that’s not too bright or dull to keep the aggressive look.
Available on 2020-22 Mustangs, this metallic paint is a perfect mix of Race Red and Ruby Red which provides a great variance of color depending on how the light hits it.
