  • Start with routing at the alternator. Go under the belt tensioner. Over the top of the A/C compressor. Go to the outside of the power steering pulley. Go back around the water pump. Down and around the lower crank pulley. Go around your smog pump. Now you can tie off your string.

  • Be sure that you have routed your string correctly. Now you can untie your string. Lay out your string and tape down both ends.

  • Now you can find your length using the measuring tape. Give or take a half inch, depending on how much tension you want. Now you can pick the correct size belt. Install the belt and your all done!
