2015-2026 Mustang KPM 800HP Fuel System
Upgrade the fuel system in your 2015-2026 Mustang with this drop in replacement 800HP fuel pump module from KPM Fuel Systems. KPM designed this system to deliver a consistent fuel supply in any environment that your Mustang may experience. From the factory, the S550 and S650 Mustangs experience fuel starvation during long sweeping left-hand turns and hard cornering at HPDE events. This starvation results in a loss of power, slower lap times, and can cause catastrophic engine failure. To resolve the starvation issue, KPM designed their fuel pump bucket with double the venturi siphons and refill valves of the OEM bucket. This venturi design change allows the S550 and S650 Mustangs to stay on the track running at full power, keeping a constant fuel flow even with a low fuel tank. Due to KPM's OEM like design, this fuel pump module is a direct drop-in unit and does not require tuning after installation. 

Updated Venturi Pumps
The factory fuel pump bucket in 2015-2026 Mustangs has 2 venturi siphons and one refill umbrella valve. For daily driving, this design is more than enough to keep the bucket full at all times. The issue with the factory bucket arises during spirited driving and hard cornering at Road Race/HPDE events. During tests, KPM found that the factory pump flows roughly 272 LPH at maximum load with one venturi siphoning from the LH side and one venturi siphoning from the RH side. These tests found that the factory venturi performance is not bad at all; however, the venturis will start siphoning air and will not keep the bucket full during hard driving or with low fuel. KPM's bucket design has 4 venturi siphons and 2 refill umbrella valves, allowing for the fuel pump bucket to be full and cascading at all times. The 4 venturi pumps are split, with 3 venturis siphoning from the LH side of the tank and 1 venturi siphoning from the RH side of the saddle tank. KPM's 4 venturi design has been tested all the way up to their KPM 1500HP individual bucket kit with no issues keeping the bucket full at all times. 

Fully Modular System
Allowing for future fuel system upgrades, all KPM fuel systems can be upgraded through the tiers that KPM offers. This means that the KPM 800HP fuel pump module can be upgraded to the KPM 1500HP module while retaining the same bucket and connections.

KPM Horsepower Rating
KPM has rated this 800HP system based on the use of 93 Octane Fuel with Forced Induction at 51 PSI of fuel pressure.
