BBK Throttle Body Gasket Kit
Over the years, throttle bodies kept growing in diameter. When all that were available were 65mm & 70mm you had to trim a little bit of the factory gasket so it would match up. BBK offers these gasket kits to fit the larger openings of the throttle bodies they offer. They are made of the same high quality material as the smaller ones, just a larger center to match the throttle bodies.

Wrong size gasket put in this package. See pictures

We ordered this gasket kit for the 65mm/70mm throttle body. The first one was perfect fit the second one as you can see from the picture was not the right bore size. It was 80mm and would not work so two hours later chasing a gasket to fit we ended up having to make our own gasket from a gasket making kit from Canadian tire. Looks like BBK put the wrong size gasket in this kit. I would not recommend buying this unless you have back up kit to make your own gasket. If you look at the other picture you can see the one we made up to fit the throttle body.

BBK changed one of the gaskets to 75mm

I bought this set from BBK last fall. As soon as I opened the package, saw one of the gaskets was from the 75mm set.

BBK thought the package was filled improperly

After going back to the production tech and gasket maker:
- They are not stocking one of the gaskets as they previously did

SO... This set is not corrrect now. They said it "should" work. No way...

Leaks.

Good gaskets

I have used this gasket kit about 5 times without a single issue. I have a 70mm throttle body, and have used it with and without the coolant lines connected to the EGR spacer. Will continue to use these.
