1993-1995 Ford Lightning BBK Shorty Headers - Titanium CeramicAdding a set of BBK long tube headers to your 1993-1995 SVT Lightning is a great way to free up some horsepower and gain more torque from your 5.8 motor. These titanium ceramic finished headers replace your restrictive factory exhaust manifolds with wider diameter tubing that allows exhaust gases to flow quicker and easier, resulting in improved performance. Each of these Lightning shorty headers has been designed and dyno-tested at the BBK headquarters for maximum performance. Results have shown an additional 8-15 rear wheel horsepower overstock. Built with factory EGR connections on the primary tubing, these headers will give your 5.8-powered sport truck the exhaust note you have been looking for, all while remaining emissions-compliant!
High-Quality ConstructionThis Lightning performance exhaust header kit has been CAD designed and dyno-tested by BBK to ensure you get maximum power from your motor. These BBK shorty headers are manufactured from 1 5/8" mandrel-bent 16 gauge steel tubing and feature a 2.5" collector with a leak-free ball and socket flange. Using solid 3/8" laser-cut exhaust flanges helps reduce the chance of warping and improves cylinder head sealing. These headers are finished in a titanium ceramic coating for lifelong looks under the hood of your Lightning while reducing engine bay temperatures. Working with both factory or aftermarket mid-pipes gives you a variety of choices to finish out your exhaust system.
