Add some performance with these BBK short unequal length titanium ceramic 1999-2004 Ford Lightning 5.4! All BBK Lightning shorty headers are manufactured with 1 5/8" CNC mandrel bent tubing for nonrestrictive airflow. A one-piece laser cut flange mounts to the head for added strength and durability. All BBK headers are pressure tested to ensure leak-free performance. Every BBK shorty tuned length exhaust header is designed and dyno-tested at the BBK headquarters in Southern California to maximize the performance potential of your vehicle. BBK headers offer distinctive quality that guarantees many years of top performance.
BBK Construction
This Lightning performance exhaust header kit has been CAD designed and dyno-tested by BBK to ensure you get maximum power from your motor. These BBK shorty headers are manufactured from 1 5/8" mandrel-bent tubing and feature a factory-size collector with a leak-free ball and socket flange. Using solid 3/8" laser-cut exhaust flanges helps reduce the chance of warping and improves cylinder head sealing. These headers are finished in a titanium ceramic coating for lifelong looks under the hood of your Lightning while reducing engine bay temperatures.
