Product Notes

  • Factory and aftermarket engine mounts may have alignment pins that can cause fitment issues. Removal of the alignment pin might be necessary for correct mating of engine mount to k-member.
  • Clunks, squeaks, and pops can be normal occurrences with coil-over setups
  • Coil-over conversion may reduce the area between the strut and wheel. High positive offset wheels or wide wheels may have clearance issues between wheels/tires and coil-over setup.
  • This BMR K-member was designed around Mac Long-tube headers or stock exhaust manifolds. Any other brand exhaust manifolds or aftermarket header used we cannot guarantee fitment as they have not been test fit. Any other brand will require modifications to install.
  • Coyote fitment has not been tested. Fitment information on the header, steering shaft, oil pan clearance, or additional information can not be guaranteed. 
  • 1996-2004 Cobra with oil cooler may require oil filter relocation.

BMR Tubular K-Member & Control Arm Kit - Red

Bolt-on true performance-inspired suspension mods and experience enhanced steering response with this tubular k-member and control arm kit from BMR! Minimizing weight on the front end of your Mustang allows for better overall weight transfer and increases traction. The tubular design of this kit also frees up additional room in the engine bay for aftermarket power adders such as long tube headers, a supercharger, or a turbo! BMR designed this fully bolt-in tubular k-member and control arm kit with precision to ensure an exact fit for your Mustang.

BMR Standard Tubular K-Member - Coilovers

Manufactured in the USA utilizing heavy-duty 1.5" DOM tubing and 3/16" plate steel, this tubular k-member weighs only 20lbs! Constructed with precise bends to reduce weight where it isn't needed, BMR was able to remove 28.5lbs of excess weight versus the stock k-member. The results are improved traction and weight transfer on the street and drag strip for the ultimate racing experience! BMR developed this k-member based on the steering geometry of the SN95 Mustang chassis for improved bump steer conditions. They also went the extra mile and manufactured this tubular k-member to retain factory engine height. Finished in a durable red powder coating, this k-member will resist corrosion as good as it looks and performs!

BMR Tubular Front Control Arms - Standard Ball Joint

BMR tubular front control arms are manufactured using 1.50" & 1.25" DOM high-strength steel. While reducing the amount of material used, BMR was also able to increase the strength of the control arms. BMR equipped this set of control arms with heavy-duty ball joints and greaseable, 95-durometer polyurethane bushings that reduce noise and vibration while also improving the steering response of your Mustang. A fluted bushing design allows grease to coat the area of the bushing where the most friction occurs, providing quiet operation of the control arms. Proudly made in the USA, BMR designed these tubular front control arms specifically to be utilized with a coilover shock set-up. This allows you to vary your Mustang's ride height for street performance, drag race, and handling applications. BMR coated these quality control arms in a red powder-coated finish for long-lasting durability and an appealing appearance.
