Titanium Exhaust Wrap Kit
Drastically reduce underhood temperatures with this Design Engineering titanium exhaust wrap kit! This kit includes everything you need to wrap a set of longtube headers. DEI's titanium wrap is made from pulverized lava rock that is stranded into a fiber material that's woven into a proprietary weave. This makes it stronger than most wraps and more durable for improved thermal performance. This wrap can withstand 1,800 degrees direct heat and intermittent heat in excess of 2,500 degrees Fahrenheit!

Complete Kit
This kit includes everything you need to wrap headers from the top of the header all the way down to the collectors. Two 2-inch by 50-foot rolls of titanium wrap is included as well as locking ties. The locking ties are high tensile strength rated and stainless steel to resist corrosion. Lastly it includes a locking tie tool that secures everything tightly.
