DEI's 3/4" x 36" Heat Shroud sleeving provides the ultimate protection from extreme heat for wires, cables, and hoses. Designed to slide easily over wires, cables, and hoses to protect them from damage, it also keeps lines and hoses cool, flexible, and abrasion-resistant. DEI's Heat Shroud sleeving reflects damaging radiant heat up to 2000°F and withstands direct heat up to 500°F. Constructed from 19 oz high-temperature glass fiber insulation and bonded to a durable aluminized outer layer. Reinforced with aramid thread for outstanding heat resistance, abrasion durability, and flame-retardant performance in high-temperature environments. DEI Heat Shroud is adjustable in size from 1/2" to 1-1/4" diameter, 36 "long, and has a thickness of only .060" to avoid adding unwanted bulk to components in tight areas. Without needing to remove one end of the connected wires, cables, or hoses, simply wrap the Heat Shroud around them and close the edges.
