Most of these OBS trucks are going on 25+ years old, and more than likely, the tank has seen better days whether due to rust sitting with old gas or moisture. Replacing the entire tank and components ensures you won't have a failure at the worst time and be left stranded. This kit allows you to replace the fuel components while restoring your fuel tank system at the same time! Fuel Tank, Pads & Seals
LMR's fuel tank kit includes high-quality components that are built to last. Made of a stamped steel construction this gas tank is made for 1992-1996 Bronco's with electronic fuel injection (EFI) and has all of the pre-cut holes needed for all accessories. A lock ring and seal are included to complete the new fuel pump assembly installation. Featuring a new fuel tank pad kit, this install kit ensures your tank doesn't see metal-on-metal contact when raised into place. The 24"x2" pads are designed to go in between the fuel tank and straps to prevent any rattles or vibrations. To finish out the install kit, LMR includes a new Ford vapor valve seal. This seal is built with a durable rubber construction that is built to last. The fuel-resistant compounds ensure leak-free performance for years to come!

Fuel Pump Assembly, Sending Unit & Plug
An all-new OE-style fuel pump assembly highlights this kit to maintain fuel output for your Bronco! This stock-style fuel pump includes all of the necessary wiring, hardware, and filter for installation. Your new fuel pump will be ready to install into the included new fuel pump bracket. The sending unit in this kit will provide an accurate fuel level measurement, making sure you always know how much fuel is in your new tank. LMR includes the 1995–1996 specific plug connector for your 1992–1994 Bronco in order to splice into your factory wiring and install the new sending unit correctly. The corrosion-resistant plating on the bracket and stainless steel construction of the sending unit will give a long-lasting performance!

Fuel Tank Vapor Valve
Your fuel tank is vented to the carbon canister through the vapor valve assembly. The valve is mounted in a rubber grommet at a central location on the upper surface of the fuel tank. A vapor space between the fuel level and the tank's upper surface is combined with a small orifice and float shut-off valve in the vapor valve assembly to prevent liquid fuel from passing to the carbon canister. The vapor space also allows for the thermal expansion of the fuel.
