This rusting can cause the hardware to seize, making it nearly impossible to remove the bolts without stripping the threads or rounding the head off. LMR identified this issue, offering this kit with the purpose of helping fight against corrosion. These three bolts secure the battery box to your S550 behind the strut tower by the firewall. Constructed from durable steel with a corrosion-resistant yellow zinc coating, this hardware is sure to last and secure your battery box for years to come!
