5.0 Resto Coolant Temp Sensor Connector Pigtail
A faulty coolant temp sensor connector can cause your Mustang to overheat, repair it with this 5.0 Resto 1983-1995 Mustang coolant temp sensor connector! This sensor is responsible for sending the coolant temperature to your ECU and dash to warn you of potential issues. A fundamental part of regulating air/fuel ratio, ignition timing, and EGR flow, the coolant temperature sensor is located behind the thermostat housing on the intake. If when the connector goes out, the pigtail short can out it becoming melted and start malfunctioning. To ensure years of trouble-free service, this kit will feature an OEM-style construction with heavy-duty insulation and the proper electrical connector. The pigtail includes approximately 6" wiring and a factory-style connector that plugs directly into your coolant temp sensor.
