Close your 1999-2004 Mustang's hood without bottoming out on the fenders by installing a new hood bumper kit from DCR. Whether you're installing a new hood or you notice your stock hood is sagging, then it may be time to replace your factory hood bumpers. This DCR hood bumper kit for New Edge Mustang will ensure your hood is aligned properly this kit includes two core support hood bumpers, two fender mount hood bumpers, and two hood mount bumpers.

Adjustable Hood Bumpers

Adjustable hood bumpers are the height adjustable bumpers located on the radiator core support. DCR hood bumpers feature a heavy-duty rubber pad that is built to last! Properly adjusting these bumpers & the hood latch keeps your hood from moving while driving. These new replacements adjustable hood bumpers include the plastic clip nut & the adjustable rubber bumper. The provided plastic threaded insert simply snaps into the core support, and the bumper adjuster is threaded at the proper height.

Rubber Hood Bumpers

Coming with both the fender-mounted hood bumpers and the ones mounted on the underside a the front of the hood. Both sets are constructed from durable rubber and molded to the exact shape of factory hood bumpers, they are a quality reproduction. Molded to sit slightly taller than the space between your hood and fenders, the hood bumpers provide a cushion for your hood that also minimizes vibration. Each bumper installs by simply removing your old deteriorated bumper and pressing the new hood bumper in the correct location.
