HPS pads utilize a unique Ferro-Carbon, Ferro-Carbon composite and offer enhanced braking properties, designed to improve the overall driving experience while still being more than capable for spirited driving and still street friendly.

High Performance Street Compound
Made from a Ferro-Carbon compound that has great stopping power compared to other ceramic pads. Helping you have consistent braking thanks to their minimal brake fade at high temps. Emitting little to no brake dust and noise makes them easier to deal with than your typical race compound pad. Hawk Performance uses cutting edge braking technology used in racing combined with aerospace design in making these HPS brake pads. Working on all stock, slotted, drilled and drilled and slotted rotors.

Important Installation Instructions
All brake pads require a burnishing or bedding-in procedure to achieve optimal performance and durability. Follow the steps below to bed your new brake pads properly.

Bed-in / Burnishing Instructions:

1. After installing new brake pads, make 6-to-10 stops from approximately 30-35 MPH, applying moderate pressure.
2. Make an additional 2-to-3 hard stop from approximately 40-45 MPH. Do NOT drag your brake pedal!
3. Allow at least 15 minutes for the brake system to cool down.
4. After Step 4 is completed, your new brake pads are ready for use.
