Emergency Brake Rubber Seal

Eliminate dirt and debris from getting to your 1979-1986 Fox Body Mustang e-brake mechanism with this emergency brake rubber seal from Daniel Carpenter Reproductions! The Fox Body console top panel(also known as the coin tray) is commonly known for having torn or missing emergency brake handle rubber boots. While this isn't their only flaw, until now, having a bad boot meant replacing the whole coin tray. Now, you can replace just the seal with this direct replacement from DCR! The molded rubber seal is molded in a high-quality, flexible black rubber to ensure a factory look in your interior. DCR designed its boot with the correct mounting locations and opening for the e-brake handle. This high-quality reproduction of the park brake handle boot attaches to the bottom of the coin tray. From the factory, the retaining tabs on the top panel were melted into place and are often broken, so attaching this new boot will need to be completed with two-sided tape, two-part epoxy, or even hot glue.
