1987-1993 Mustang Ashtray Repair Kit Finally, a new, simpler, cost-effective solution to fixing your ill-functioning Mustang Fox Body Ashtray Door! The most common failure is a broken tab on the bottom of the console top panel that acts as a mounting point for one end of the Ashtray Door Spring. This kit includes a much beefier repair part that simply glues over the broken part of the tab! The other type of Fox body ashtray door failure involves broken hinge pivot points on both the door itself & the console top panel. This kit includes two screws & two flat speed nuts to repair the broken hinge pivots. Detailed Installation Instructions will guide you through the whole process. All in all, you can have a functioning ashtray door in your Mustang in under an hour and without breaking the bank!
