Easily add Boss 302 performance to your 2005-2014 Mustang with this Ford original Boss 302 strut tower brace! Adding a strut tower brace to your Mustang has long been one of the simple ways to increase chassis stiffness and improve handling. This brand new Ford Original strut tower brace was originally found on the 2010 Mustang Track back option cars but made its way to the 2012-13 Boss 302 as its unique design was raised up to clear the large Boss 302 intake manifold. Featuring steel construction that spans the distance between the two shock towers with the correct mounting flanges, this brace is built to last! Ford applies a bright silver powder coating to provide corrosion protection to ensure a long-lasting good look in the engine bay of your S197. Clearing the Boss and Ford Performance 3V intake manifolds as well as the 3V Ford Plenum Cover. This brace can be installed with simple hand tools in minutes as the brace uses existing bolts to the front strut studs with no modifications required.

Direct fit for 2010-2014 Mustang GT with factory manifolds, Boss Manifold (M-9424-M50BR), and Ford Racing 4.6L 3V Intake manifold M9424463V.
2005-2010 Mustang GT will clear the Ford Plenum Cover LRS-6949A and the 3V Ford Racing Intake Manifold M9424463V.
Does not fit Shelby GT500.
Will not clear any top-mounted twin screw/roots supercharger kits (Roush, Magnuson, Whipple, Ford Racing, Saleen, TVS, Edelbrock, etc.).
Cobra Jet Intake manifolds (M-9424-M50CJ/B) may need spacers to clear
