This is a factory style A/C eliminator bracket and pulley, also referred to as an A/C bypass pulley for your 1994-2004 Mustang 3.8L. This part bolts directly in place of your existing A/C compressor and reduces drag on your engine, creating more power. This pulley has a factory style bracket appearance to keep your engine bay looking clean!
Air Conditioner hasn't worked for years, finally got this A/C Delete Kit

I've been meaning to buy this for awhile now. My AC hasn't worked for years and I didn't plan on fixing it anytime soon, so when I signed up for a new account on LMR I was given a discount code on orders over $100. I also needed a new coil pack due to hesitation on my Mustang. So I ordered this and the Screamin Demon Coil Pack (wrote a review for that too). This A/C Delete Pulley came w/ instructions but wasn't very clear at all. It came w/ 3 bolts, a spacer, and 6 aluminum/metal bushings (3 bigger ones, 3 smaller ones). Didn't specify which ones to use, I ended up using two of the bigger ones and I needed to remove the pulley from the bracket and install the spacer to make it align w/ the serpentine belt (i've read on other forums others had to do the same thing). It was pretty easy taking the compressor off, 5 minutes... in total I had this thing on and the belt back on w/in 25-30 minutes. Now I don't have to worry about the compressor possibly freezing up and getting stuck on the side of the road. For me it was worth the purchase. I'd suggest it to anyone who doesn't plan on fixing their air conditioner on their mustang and it cut weight taking that heavy compressor out of the engine bay (you can take the condensor out too, but I didn't (yet).
Yes, I would recommend this item to a friend!
