5.0 Resto Door Lock Actuator Kit

This kit contains everything you need to swap out the door lock actuators in your Fox Body Mustang. Over years of use, the door lock actuator can become rusted, or the solenoid can stop functioning. Replace that non-functioning door lock actuator with an improved, stronger, and smoother operation design door lock actuator. These door lock actuators include a durable rubber boot designed to keep foreign contaminants out of the solenoid. You'll receive two new stronger actuators, installation rivets, door panel push pins, and a door panel removal tool. This kit allows you to complete the installation from start to finish. New and non-manufactured actuators will put your mind at ease, knowing that you will have many more years of service!
Actuator Failure There are a few ways to determine if your Mustang door lock actuator has stopped working. The first way is that the key still works in the door, but nothing happens when you hit the unlock button. Or if the key won't turn in the door, the door lock knob is frozen in the unlock position & nothing happens when you hit the switch. Luckily, this door lock actuator kit easily solves the problem.
