Mach 1 Front Knuckle Upgrade Kit
Bring out the best in your track or road race S550, equipping it with this Mach 1 knuckle upgrade kit for your 2015-2021 Mustang. This kit is assembled utilizing all Ford Original components from the Mach 1 and Mach 1 Handling Packs. The Mach 1 knuckles (also referred to as Spindle) in the kit have a revised mounting location for the strut ear on the spindle which adds wheel/tire clearance. Each wheel hub included in this kit has the heavy duty bearing the Mach 1 Mustang used to handle abuse at the track. Using the best of factory Ford pieces, this bundled together kit is a direct bolt-on upgrade on all 2015-2021 Mustang GT, EcoBoost, or V6 models built before 3/1/2021. It became standard equipment on 2021-2023 Mustangs built on or after 3/1/2021.

Increased Strength
Ford used several different versions of front knuckles on the S550 platform, with weaker, more prone-to-failure hubs. The Non-Magneride used a knuckle with a spindle-mount hub, whereas the MagneRide GT hubs employ a bolt-on hub with a different pattern and a thinner bearing. Included in this kit is the stronger Mach 1 front hub, which helps with premature bearing failures with an improved hub bearing design that is wider and stronger. The added benefit of the Mach 1 knuckles and stronger bearings is that they help prevent ABS sensor misreading, which can trigger traction control during performance driving.
