Convertible Top Tension Cables
99-04 Mustang Convertible Top Tension Cables (or hold down cables) are located on the outer edges of your Mustang's convertible top. They are designed to keep the convertible top material from flapping or fluttering when traveling at highway speeds. They also help keep the top from shrinking up and pulling away from the side windows as the top gets older. If you notice that your Mustang's convertible top is making more noise than usual when driving down the road or you are considering installing a new top on your Mustang, make sure you install new top hold down cables, it is a small price to pay to know your top is done right.

**this set is intended for 99-04 Mustang Convertibles and are 36 1/2" long.**
Due to original production variances it may be necessary to measure your original cables to match length**
