SVE High-Performance Fox Body Fuel System - PushrodForget the daunting task of individually sourcing fuel system components to piece together a fuel system for your high-performance pushrod project. This simple yet effective fuel system from industry leader SVE will eliminate all guesswork when you need to increase the amount of fuel your pushrod engine craves. This fuel system will include everything necessary to provide your 302 or 351 engine with constant fuel pressure to make additional horsepower! In order to provide this amount of fuel, SVE includes their -6AN fuel pump hanger assembly, a Walbro 255 LPH fuel pump, -6 AN supply and return hoses, and Aeromotive's fuel pressure regulator to fuel your custom setup. In order to distinguish this fuel system from the rest of the offerings on the market, SVE provides all fuel lines with pre-terminated -6 AN braided, stainless hose for the return and supply portions of the system. This prevents the time-consuming task of cutting hoses to length and installing AN fittings onto these hoses. SVE created this fuel system to eliminate the additional legwork when installing aftermarket fuel system components, which will save you time and money on your high-performance pushrod build in your Fox Body Mustang. Compiled with high-quality components from the most trusted brands, this SVE high-performance fuel system is sure to get your project completed the right way.
SVE High-Performance Fuel RailsTo showcase their level of detail and dedication to this fuel system, SVE specifically researched and developed a set of high-quality fuel rails to support the demand from higher horsepower applications requiring a consistent increase in fuel flow. SVE includes all necessary components to seamlessly install these fuel rails into your lower intake manifold. Constructed of CNC-machined billet aluminum, these SVE fuel rails were built with longevity and durability in mind. Featuring a black anodized finish, they will resist corrosion and dress up the engine bay of your Fox Body Mustang. All necessary -6AN fuel rail port fittings and billet aluminum AN-hose ends are included to seal everything together for a leak-free performance that lasts! Some clearancing on the fuel rails may be required depending on the distributor being used.
High-Quality Components
Featuring -6AN PTFE flexible fuel lines, this high-performance fuel system will replace the factory hard lines with braided stainless lines that increase flow for naturally aspirated and boosted applications. The PTFE lining of these hoses allows for the use of leaded and unleaded fuels, giving you the flexibility to tune your pushrod engine on whichever fuel you choose while blocking out all harmful fumes and odors. (Fuel Injectors are NOT included)
This kit will include a 3' fuel filter supply line that connects the fuel filter to the fuel pump assembly, a 12-foot fuel supply line that connects the fuel filter to the fuel pressure regulator, and a 16-foot fuel return line that connects the regulator all the way back to the fuel pump assembly. Along with these hoses, SVE provides their -6AN fuel pump hanger assembly, a Walbro 255 LPH fuel pump, a pair of black anodized SVE fuel rails, a distribution block, 18" and 24" supply hoses that connect the distribution block to the fuel rails, and two 4' return hoses that run from the fuel rails to the regulator. SVE also includes all of the necessary -6AN fittings that are needed to connect these new lines where they need to go. A large billet fuel filter near the fuel tank has a 10-micron stainless mesh that can be fully cleaned and reused. To properly mount the Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator under the hood, SVE provides their exclusive mounting bracket that utilizes the factory TAB and TAD solenoid holes on the backside of the passenger side strut tower for a clean installation.
Designed to utilize the 1984-1993 style fuel tank, you can reuse your existing fuel tank and associated components if they are still in good working order (free of rust & debris) or replace them as needed. Since fuel systems are of a custom nature, SVE does include an assortment of adel clamps and a bag of zip ties to further organize the routing of the hoses underneath the car, making this the perfect solution for your Fox Body Mustang pushrod project! Factory fuel line mounting is retained; however, depending on where the provided adel clamps are positioned will determine what kind of retaining hardware is needed. You will need to source this retaining hardware for the included adel clamps.
