Replace the worn engine oil pickup O-ring and stop the chance of losing oil pressure in your 1996-2017 Mustang engine with this premium oil pump pickup O-ring from Ford. After years of service and abuse, these O-rings deteriorate potentially causing oil leaks in turn dropping oil pressure and possible engine failure. To prevent these issues and the catastrophic issues that may occur from it failing, it is always good practice to replace it anytime the oil pump pickup tube is removed. Ford produces these from a durable rubber construction that is oil and chemical resistant just like the factory-installed originals.
