Your 2011-2017 Mustang GT came from the factory using Motorcraft oil, and this kit gives you the same factory-grade fluids needed to keep it running properly. This premium-grade, full synthetic engine oil is specially formulated with a high viscosity for maximum performance under high-load situations, making it a popular upgrade for the Coyote engine. It's API Certified and helps minimize engine deposits and wear while protecting against high-temperature oxidation, low-temperature gelling, rust, corrosion, and foaming. The Motorcraft FL-500S oil filter is a direct replacement for your original, featuring a rigid steel case and a pressure relief valve to keep oil flowing even if the filter clogs. An integrated anti-drain back valve also helps prevent dry starts.
