Gen 2 & Gen 3 Coyote Engine Oil Cooler
Replace your damaged or missing engine oil cooler on your 2015-2023 Mustang gen 2 and gen 3 coyote engine with a Ford original oil cooler. With the release of the gen 2 coyote engine, Ford started installing engine oil coolers standard to help to keep the engine performing at optimum performance. The compact design mounts directly to the block and uses the factory engine coolant to help prevent spikes in engine oil temperature.
Replacement Guidelines
If your engine has experienced failure or you have purchased a used engine for a coyote swap, it is always recommended to replace the engine oil cooler with a new unit. These conditions can cause the oil cooler to potentially collect particles that may damage your engine if not replaced. These OEM replacement oil coolers are great insurance to install on coyote swap projects where space allows.
