Replace your worn out 2005-2009 Mustang convertible top latch receptacle with this direct replacement from Ford! The receptacle will often wear out over the years which causes the dowel to sit loosely. This means your convertible top is not secure to the windshield which allows exterior elements inside. The convertible top receptacle attaches to your windshield header and is the deciding factor for proper convertible top alignment. This convertible top latch receptacle, or retainer, is a Ford original and a direct replacement. The assembly has a new roller, new foam to protect the header, and a new push pin.
