1983-1986 Mustang 5.0 Resto Fuel Sending Unit
Is your 1983-1986 Mustang fuel gauge not working? The fuel level sending unit may be the problem. Don't risk getting stranded on the side of the road due to a faulty gauge. 5.0 Resto offers this reproduction fuel sending unit to get your gauge reading correctly again. This fuel sending unit is for 1983-1986 Mustang with EFI or CFI. The 5.0 Resto reproduction unit comes with the fuel sending lock ring that holds it to the tank as well as the seal.
Fitment Note
Will NOT fit Mustangs originally equipped with a carburetor.

1979-1986 Mustang Fuel Level Sending Unit Ohm Readings are approximately 73 ohms empty and approximately 10 ohms full.
1987-1997 Mustang Fuel Level Sending Unit Ohm Readings are approximately 22 ohms empty and approximately 145 ohms full.
