Motorcraft Secondary Fuel Transfer Pump - GT/GT350/R
Ensure you get all the fuel out of your 2015-2017 Mustang GT or 2015-2019 Shelby GT350/R tank with this Motorcraft secondary fuel transfer pump. The introduction of the S550 Mustang brought a new saddle-style fuel tank that requires a pump to transfer fuel from one side to the other. If this pump fails, it could cause a bad fuel level reading, fuel starvation, or only using fuel from one side. Ford used a siphon-style pump instead of an electric pump to simplify the system. This secondary pump is located on the passenger side under the rear seat, and is constructed from durable, fuel-resistant materials and includes all the necessary mounting tabs, connections, and fittings for easy installation. The pump also comes with a pre-installed fuel level sender to ensure correct level readings.
