Retain the factory EGR in your 1983-1985 Mustang 5.0 while upgrading to an aftermarket carburetor with this carburetor spacer kit! The EGR system is designed to help lower combustion temperatures and reduce NOx by recirculating a small amount of exhaust gases back to the intake. The spacer in this kit will improve performance in your Fox Body Mustang while keeping the factory EGR. A four-hole spacer can boost low-to-mid-range power by assisting the carburetor in drawing and atomizing gasoline. This kit was designed specifically for the factory 4160 style Holley carb in the 1983-1985 Mustang and will also work with the Holley Street Warrior aftermarket carb. Included are the correct studs and nuts to assist you in gasket placement and help correctly position the carburetor onto the intake manifold. Featuring a phenolic plastic construction, this spacer is an excellent middle ground providing great insulation and durability for your Fox Body Mustang!
