Whether you're getting rid of an old cold air intake kit, or just need to freshen up your factory air box, 5.0 Resto's attention to detail make this air box the perfect restoration piece for your Fox Body Mustang!
5.0 Resto Quality
5.0 Resto is dedicated to the preservation of Fox Body Mustangs and the quality of their research and development can easily be seen with this factory reproduction air box. Manufactured with an OE fit and finish in mind, this air box is constructed from a durable, black, injected molded plastic. Utilizing factory dimensions and tolerances, this box is a perfect fit and a direct replacement for the original. Built in metal latches allow this air box to open and close the same as the factory box. A new foam seal is pre-installed to promote a leak-free seal to the fender apron. To prevent the box from rattling, 5.0 Resto includes new rubber dampers that help secure the box in place. The opening for the mass air flow coupler or intake tube is identical in size to the original, making this the perfect restoration part for both speed density and mass air equipped Fox Body Mustangs!
Installation Note- The pre-installed foam seal will need the excess material removed before installation.
