Protect your 1996-2004 Mustang's high-performance engine with some billet steel oil pump gears from Boundary! If your engine puts out an excessive amount of horsepower and you have belt driven add-ons, your stock oil pump gears are susceptible to breaking. Your stock gears are made of powdered metal and can fail from high revving, unbalanced harmonics or oscillating of the gear from added power. These gears are designed for high-end race applications, and allow you to use your factory housing for installation. Help to protect your high-performance engine with a set of billet steel oil pump gears!

Boundry billet steel oil pump gears are nearly indestructible and will happily give you a new one for free if broken. These gears are proven to support up to 1500 Hp applications and include all blueprinting paperwork!

Oil Pump Note
If you recently purchased a new oil pump from Ford or an aftermarket company, please check the thickness of your oil pump gears before ordering. The 1996-00 Mustang superseded the 2V oil pump housing with a 4V housing. 2V oil pump gears will have .470" thickness. 4V oil pump gears have .510" thickness.
