Your factory rear shackles are well over 20+ years old, and time has not been kind to your suspension, including the rear shackles. A worn-out shackle can cause squeaks, and rattles, as well as an uneven ride height. Replacing them eliminates these issues as well as restoring handling! The shackle mounts to the rear of the leaf spring to the frame of the truck and is the correct factory-length shackle to provide an original stance. Rubber bushings are utilized to give a stock ride quality while absorbing harsh vibrations from the road. Ford applies a black E-coat finish to provide corrosion protection for long-lasting durability!
